At Kobo BakeHouse, all products are freshly baked to order to ensure the highest quality and freshness.

Please allow the following preparation times:

  • Cake slices & dessert boxes: 1–3 business days

  • Standard celebration cakes: 3–5 business days

  • Custom cakes & bespoke orders: 5–14 business days depending on design complexity

Processing times may vary during busy periods, holidays, or promotional launches.

Customers will receive an order confirmation email once the order has been placed and a dispatch confirmation once the order has been shipped or is ready for collection.

We currently deliver within:

  • London

  • Selected surrounding UK areas

Availability may vary depending on the product ordered and delivery postcode.

For delivery requests outside our standard service area, please contact us before placing your order.

Local Delivery
Available for selected London postcodes.

Delivery windows will be communicated after order confirmation.

Nationwide UK Delivery
Available for selected products suitable for transit, including:

Products are carefully packaged to maintain freshness during transport.

Collection
Customers may collect directly from our designated collection point at the agreed date and time.

Promotional free shipping may be offered on selected products or order values.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photographs of the packaging and product

  • A description of the issue

We will assess each case and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address provided

  • No recipient available

  • Inaccessible delivery location

Additional redelivery charges may apply.

Kobo BakeHouse is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.
